Our focus is on combining cardio and strength that’s low impact. We created this training philosophy to protect joints and the back while improving cardio endurance or Vo2max and increasing muscle mass to improve your metabolism. Workouts are for all ages and each program is individualized. Whether your an adult with chronic shoulder our back pain or child or young adult looking to advance athletically, we design the program that’s specific to you. 

What makes our gym unique is the SpeedStairs, a one-of-a-kind piece of equipment that, in short, is a low impact, total body training apparatus. 

SpeedStairs Fitness is an all-inclusive fitness program that uses patented equipment to assess athletes’ running mechanics and to increase his/her anaerobic performance. Our techniques improve athletic ability and agility while decreasing the risk of injury.  We are an educational based program that teaches athletes the science and purpose behind each exercise and stretch.

We incorporate physical therapy into our training sessions for the client that struggles with back, hip, knee, or shoulder pain. Our professional approach adds value and helps us to get all of our clients to their optimal fitness at any age.

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science
  • Deans award from UMass in Exercise Science
  • 5 years as a public school teacher
  • 5 years as a varsity team coach
  • 16 years as a professional trainer and fitness club owner
  • All SpeedStairs trainers hold a degree or are working toward a degree in exercise science.
  • The trainers perform an internship at local colleges are then selected to become a part of the SpeedStairs Fitness team.

$10 per person / per session with a minimum of 10 athletes

Monday – Friday (Adults) 5:00am – 1:00pm and 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Monday – Friday (Youth) 2:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday (Adult/Youth/Family) 7:00am – 11:00am
